is coming from.

On Feb. 11 & 12, purchasing

candy for your Sweetheart at

Mast Store can help feed the

purchased, Mast Store will

donate $1 to a local

food agency.

Did you know that your spare

Dan's Starry Skies
by Dan Caton

Latest Update: December 13, 2011

Radiant point shown in red for where meteors will streak from tonight.
The Geminid meteor shower peaks tonight (12/13-14/11 Tues-Wed), with perhaps a few dozen meteors per hour. The nearly full moon will interfere quite a bit but it will be worth taking a look tonight, late evening. The red dot at left shows the radiant point with respect to Gemini--this would be about at the top-middle of the map of the sky for 11:30, shown below for context. It may be possible to see 10-20 meteors per hour for the next couple of nights.

The bright moon will interfere with the meteor shower.
